Cold Steeped Ice Tea (is steeped even a word?)
5-6 tea bags or 1 oz loose leaf tea per 1/2 gallon of filtered water
Let steep for at least 24 hours
Add citrus peel (optional)
Add a splash of simple syrup (optional)*
*Simple Syrup: Boil a 1:1 ratio sugar to water until sugar is dissolved. Cool and refrigerate.
